Rebuild curves for trueSpace6(modelside)

The rebuild curve tsx plugin will recreate the selected curve with a user selected number of equally spaced spans.

Images shows before and after the curve was rebuilt from 18 to 4 spans.

In trueSpace version 7.5 and up the bridge needs to be off for clean operation of the plugin.

The rebuildpatch tsx plugin will recreate the selected NURBS patch with a user selected number of equally spaced spans in the U and V directions.

Images shows before and after the patch was rebuilt from 15x1 to 4x1 spans.
